T Shirt Play Return Policy


Purchases may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: 

    • Gift cards 
    • Items with obvious signs of use, including damage

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Include a copy of your receipt in your return shipment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      To prepare your return: 

        1. Submit a return by using our easy online form
        2. Make a copy of your packing slip for your records. Include a copy with your shipment. Failure to complete this step could result in a delay or denial of your return request.
        3. Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton. 
        4. To expedite your return/exchange, please insert the packing slip, remembering to place the return label printed on the front for shipping. 
        5. Pack and tape your package securely. 
        6. Affix the return-shipping label. 
        7. For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via shipping services such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will gladly assist you.

      If a mistake was made on your order, we will make it right at no charge to you. Please contact us directly and we will take care of the details. Should you change your mind and wish to return an order that is free from defects you may return the item(s) by following procedures listed in the "Prepare my shipment" section listed above. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
